Services
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
CBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, focusses on improving thinking patterns and increasing coping strategies. CBT addresses distorted thinking, increases understanding, utilizes various methods of problem solving and has shown itself to be effective in treating anxiety, depression and post traumatic stress disorder.
EMDR/EFT
EMDR, Eye Movement Desensitiation and Reprocessing, is a structured therapy that utilizes bilateral stimulation and some CBT strategies to address past trauma and anxiety.
EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique, is a therapy that incorporates cognitive therapy and acupuncture to decrease distress.
Faith Based Therapy
To enhance your therapy, you may chose to include your faith in your journey. Incorporating your faith can increase your sense of purpose, meaning, and hope through challenging times. Recent research has reported higher levels of psychological well being in those who have integrated their faith in their personal therapy.
Licensing Supervision
If you are a student or pre-licensed professional working towards an LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LFMT, I offer supervision services to help you achieve your professional goals. I offer competitive pricing and thorough documentation.
